Croissant Butter

Pane E Formaggio’s Croissant Butter is part of our popular pastry family. Pastry items are filled with delicious fillings such as blueberries, cranberries, raisins, chocolate and a tasty custard filling. Wether it is a blueberry muffin, a chocolate Croissant or a coffee cake, they all make a great morning or afternoon snack and goes well with a cup of tea or coffee.

Ingredients:
Enriched wheat flour, Butter milk, water, sugar, yeast, egg whites, salt, whey powder (a milk derivative), wheat gluten, acetylated tartaric acid esters of mono and diglycerides, artificial flavour, calcium carbonate, enzymes, ascorbic acid, azodicabonamide.
