Cookie – Peanut Butter Chip

Pane E Formaggio’s Cookie – Peanut Butter Chip is part of our popular pastry family. Pastry items are filled with delicious fillings such as blueberries, cranberries, raisins, chocolate and a tasty custard filling. Wether it is a blueberry muffin, a chocolate Croissant or a coffee cake, they all make a great morning or afternoon snack and goes well with a cup of tea or coffee.

Ingredients:
Unbleached wheat flour, peanut butter, ButterScotcp, dark chocolate deeping, butter, granulated white sugar, brown sugar, whole eggs, baking soda, pure vanilla extract
