Cookie – Chocolate chip

Pane E Formaggio’s Cookie – Chocolate chip is part of our popular pastry family. Pastry items are filled with delicious fillings such as blueberries, cranberries, raisins, chocolate and a tasty custard filling. Wether it is a blueberry muffin, a chocolate Croissant or a coffee cake, they all make a great morning or afternoon snack and goes well with a cup of tea or coffee.

Ingredients:
Unbleached wheat flour, dark chocolate (granulated white sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier, soya lecithin, pure vanilla extract), butter, granulated white sugar, brown sugar, whole eggs, baking soda, pure vanilla extract
